No. We specialize in direct hire. Candidates we place are your employees from their first day, with no hourly markup or conversion fee.
Who pays the fee?
The employer. There is never a cost to job seekers.
Do you use a written agreement?
Yes. Fees, payment terms and the replacement guarantee are confirmed in writing before we present any candidates.
How does the replacement guarantee work?
If a placement does not work out within the guarantee period, we recruit a replacement at no additional charge. The guarantee period is specified in your agreement.
What area do you serve?
Both sides of the river. In Wisconsin: La Crosse, Onalaska, Holmen, West Salem, Sparta, Tomah, Viroqua, Westby and Coon Valley. In Minnesota: La Crescent, Winona, Caledonia and the rest of Houston County.
