Our background
We came to recruiting from the worker’s side, after years in production, line and kitchen jobs. We understand the work, so we can judge who will show up, fit in and stay.
About
Built here. For here.
Driftless Workforce Group is a recruiting firm based in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Most recruiters serving this region work from outside it. We work from here.
Our region
The La Crosse area and the Driftless, from Sparta to Winona, are home, not a market. National agencies place names off a screen. We place neighbors.
Our commitment
Our service is employer-paid and free for job seekers. Every placement includes a guarantee, and we focus on long-term relationships with employers and candidates.
